2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By submitting your information through our lead forms, booking a consultation, or navigating our site, you expressly agree to these terms.

  • DND/NDNC Override: You provide explicit consent to be contacted by Neural Media Solutions LLP via SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Email, and Phone Calls, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (DND) registry.

  • Purpose: Such communication will be related to your inquiries, service updates, and marketing promotions.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

  • Third-Party Platforms: Our services involve managing ads on third-party platforms (Google, Meta). We are not liable for any sudden policy changes or account suspensions initiated by these platforms.

6. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

  • Pricing: Custom packages are built based on project goals. All quotes provided are no-obligation until a formal Service Agreement is signed.

  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital marketing and ad spend, service fees are generally non-refundable once the campaign execution has commenced, unless otherwise specified in a separate client contract.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Neural Media Solutions LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any loss of data or profit.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
